Meet Chelsea— the founder

Hi! I’m Chelsea Ball — an education leader, enrollment strategist, and program development consultant passionate about helping schools and enrichment organizations grow with purpose.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked across early childhood, after-school, and enrichment settings, building programs, mentoring teams, and developing strategies that help organizations thrive. I believe that when programs are led with clarity, supported by strong systems, and deeply connected to their communities, growth happens naturally.

Before launching Guided Growth Consulting, I served as Director of Enrollment and Head of Brooklyn Programs at Wise Wonder Enrichment in New York City. There, I led operations across six tristate locations, implemented data-driven enrollment strategies, and trained directors and teachers to deliver exceptional family experiences — leading to enrollment growth of more than 500%.

My consulting work is rooted in that same blend of strategy and empathy. I partner with education leaders to strengthen their operations, empower their teams, and design programs that families truly love. Whether it’s optimizing enrollment systems, improving communication, or building new programs from the ground up, my goal is to help you create sustainable growth — not just in numbers, but in confidence, connection, and impact.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me reading on my couch with my pets, socializing with friends and family, or spending time outdoors — always inspired by the same spirit of curiosity and growth that drives my work.
